Welcome to Crossroads Adoption Services "World of Options". Our goal is to provide you with user-friendly service and information in the most efficient and expedient manner. We welcome your questions, compliments and criticisms. We see the adoption process as a team effort between the adoptive parent s and the Crossroads staff. We rely on each of our clients to assist us in monitoring their paperwork so that the process happens in the most expeditious way.

Because we believe that accessibility to our staff and information is extremely important, your incoming call is personally answered by our receptionist so that you can receive the assistance you need and deserve. We are also accessible by e-mail at kids@crossroadsadoption.com. Our incoming messages via the Internet are answered Monday through Thursday.   Every effort is made to implement our mission statement, "The purpose of this Corporation is to serve children, youth and families in creative and humanitarian ways with a special concentration on maintaining or establishing permanence for children without arbitrary restrictions and operating in a client-centered environment."

At Crossroads, you'll find a family-like atmosphere. Each family will work with the same adoption counselor throughout the adoption process from the home study to placement. There will be someone available to assist you should your adoption counselor be absent. Our adoption counselors are knowledgeable about each of the programs we offer.

Our Minnesota office is open Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 :30 p.m.

Our Hudson, Wisconsin, office is open Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
